The Vaccines for Adults (VFA) program was created to increase adult vaccination rates and decrease disparities in vaccine coverage by providing no-cost vaccines for uninsured or underinsured adults 19 years of age and older.
SCHD currently offers COVID-19 (Moderna and Pfizer), HPV, and influenza vaccines.
Adults must meet Vaccines for Adults (VFA) program eligibility.

There is a $10.00 donation per patient per visit for immunizations, but no one is turned away for inability to donate. Visit the Clinic Fees page for more information.
