Fugitive Dust
What is fugitive dust?
Fugitive dust is created when certain materials are disturbed and small, solid particles are released into the air in quantities sufficient to cause a nuisance. Common sources of fugitive dust are unpaved roads, agricultural tilling, and heavy construction activities.
