The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Seeks Consumer Input

The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) wants to hear from consumers.  

HHS is asking for feedback on a quick (10 question) survey about what is important to consumers and how services can be improved.  HHS states that they want to make sure that individuals and families can get the services that are needed, when they are needed.  The survey closes on August 25th.
