A log or case number associated with the Civil Service will be required to make payment.
Law firms with an established billing account do not require advanced deposit.

Printing fees:
This amount is pulled from the Deposit, if the fee exceeds the Deposit our staff will contact you:
- Pages 1-5 – $.50
- Pages 6-9 – $3.00
- Pages 10-19 – $5.00
- Pages 20-39 – $10.00
- Pages 40-69 – $20.00
- Pages 70-99 – $35.00
- Pages 100 and over – $50.00
