- Forcible – 1 Defendant $50; 2 Defendants $75
- Forcible/Money Judgement – 1 Defendant $100; 2 Defendants $150
- Original Notices/Original Orders – 1 Defendant $50; 2 Defendants $75
- Orders – $50
- Petition – $50
- Subpoena – $50
- Summons – $50
- Writ of Possession – $100
- Writ of Replevin – $50.00
A log or case number associated with the Civil Service will be required to make payment.
Law firms with an established billing account do not require advanced deposit.

- Credit or Debit Cards are accepted over the phone by calling the Sheriff’s Civil Division at 563-326-8627. (fees apply)*
- Operator-Assisted Transactions: Add $3.50 per transaction (if currently below $3.50)

This amount is pulled from the Deposit, if the fee exceeds the Deposit our staff will contact you:
- Pages 1-5 – $.50
- Pages 6-9 – $3
- Pages 10-19 – $5
- Pages 20-39 – $10
- Pages 40-69 – $20
- Pages 70-99 – $35
- Pages 100 and over – $50
