On July 16, 2024, Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds signed two disaster proclamations for Scott County as one of several Iowa counties impacted by flooding and the Monday, July 15 storm. These proclamations open grant assistance and case management services to affected residents for needs, including temporary housing, food assistance, personal property, and home repairs. Individuals and families must meet income eligibility guidelines to qualify for the Iowa Individual Assistance Grant Program. There are no income eligibility guidelines for case management assistance.
