Purchasing

Most departments of the county participate in centralized purchasing. This program is a function of the purchasing division of the Facility and Support Services department.

Bi-State Joint Purchasing Council

The Bi-State Joint Purchasing Council coordinates the joint purchases of equipment and supplies. Scott County participates in this inter-governmetal regional program.
