Back by popular demand! Staff are invited to participate in an upcoming De-Escalation Training session. Earlier this year in January, Patti from C3 De-escalation, joined us to facilitate this training. She is returning Friday, June 6th. If you were unable to join in January, now is your chance!
This de-escalation training is designed to provide you with valuable tools and techniques for managing challenging or high-stress situations in a calm, constructive manner. Whether you're dealing with customers, coworkers, or the public, this training will help you handle conflicts more effectively, promote safety, and build stronger relationships in the workplace. C3 De-Escalation teaches how to work with the brain, not against it. Structured in a practical manner that applies to all job types, staff can put the training in action the moment they walk out the door.
Two half day sessions will be offered on Friday, June 6th. Only sign up for one session, as the second session will be a repeat of the first. Please check with your supervisor, then click the link below to review the available slots and sign up.
