A Better Way to Carve Your Pumpkin!!
Step 1: CUT THE BASE (instead of cutting the top!) when you pull out that circular piece, a lot of seeds and pulp with come with it, saving time cleaning it out.
Step 2: Thin the rind where you plan to carve.
Step 3: Trace your design directly onto the pumpkin.
Step 4: Put the pumpkin in a large bowl - this way you have a good angle and the pumpkin won’t roll as you cut.
Step 5: Carve at the center of your design - keep pieces in as long can to keep the structural integrity, pop them all out when finished.
Step 6: Use an LED Candle – pumpkin will last longer if you aren’t heating it with a real candle.
