Rita Harkins is retiring after 35 years with the Scott County Attorney’s Office. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to have a party due to the circumstances. Maybe at a later date.

She will be terribly missed by the County Attorney’s office along with many other departments in the county and state.

Hardworking, determined, stubborn, smart, funny, caring, insightful, bold, generous, and loving are some words that best describe Rita.

Her last day is December 31st, so if you see her, please make sure to wish her well!
