Especially for electronics, usually both on-line and in-store shopping have good experiences, Consult Black Friday ads collected on sites such as bfacts.net, bestblackfriday.com, dealnews.com, theblackfriday.com, and blackfriday.gottodeal.com

3. DOWNLOAD SOME APPS

Mobile apps such as BuyVia, Shopkick, ShopSavvy, and Shopular let you scan bar codes to compare prices, get discounts or get coupons. Delete apps after you are all done shopping to help protect your privacy.

4. SIGN UP FOR STORE LOYALTY PROGRAMS

They offer promotions and you earn rewards.

5. EMBRACE SOCIAL MEDIA

Big Retailers use Instagram, Facebook and Twitter to alert you of exclusive sales and discounts.

6. CHECK STORE POLICIES

If retailer has a price match policy, see if it suspended around Black Friday.
