The following are the individual’s that were involved in the two vehicle accident at 210th Street and 210th Avenue (Utica Ridge Road) on March 16, 2016.
Driver of the Pontiac Grand Prix was Christopher G. Patricio - 18 year old male from Davenport. He was treated and released from Genesis East.
Passenger of the Pontiac Grand Prix was Cole G. Graham - 18 year old male from Davenport. He was treated and released from Genesis East.
Driver of the Mercury was Lucas Johnson - 34 year old male from rural Scott County. He was deceased at the scene.
Accident remains under investigation.

On March 16th, 2016 at approximately 1808 hours Scott Emergency Communications Center received a call reporting a accident at Utica Ridge Rd and 210th Street involving a serious collision. Deputies from the Scott County Sheriff's Office, Eldridge Fire Department, MEDIC Ambulance, Iowa State Patrol, and MEDFORCE Air Ambulance were dispatched to the scene.
On scene investigation showed a 1994 Mercury Grand Marquis traveling northbound on Utica Ridge Rd. Upon entering the intersection of Utica Ridge Rd and 210th Street it was struck by a Pontiac Grand Prix. The Grand Prix was traveling eastbound on 210th Street and failed to obey the posted stop sign at the intersection. The two vehicles collided with each other and came to rest in the northeast corner ditch of the intersection with the Grand Marquis striking a utility pole.
The driver of the Grand Marquis was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver and passenger of the Grand Prix were transported by MEDIC Ambulance in non-life threatening and serious conditions respectively.
Scott County Sheriff's Office Accident Investigation Unit responded to investigate and was assisted by the Davenport Police Department Traffic Unit. Members of the Scott County Reserves, Volunteer's in Police Service, Scott County EMA Mobile Command Center, and Iowa State Patrol also assisted at the scene.
Utica Ridge Road is a two lane blacktop road traveling north and south. 210th Street is a two lane blacktop road traveling east and west. The intersection is located in central Scott County.
All names are being withheld pending family notifications. The accident remains under investigation.
