Step 1: Get vaccinated when a vaccine is available to you.

Step 2: Self-report proof of being vaccinated through Wellsteps, Genesis on-site clinic or provide proof of your vaccination card to Andrea in HR by 06/30/21. * Deadline to submit could be extended if vaccine isn't widely availble.

Step 3: WIN! A random drawing will be held to determine winners. 1 person will win a night stay at one of the Scott County Conservation cabins. 25 winners will win a $50 QC Gift Card. * Please note gift cards are taxable.
