The Health4Me app is designed to make managing health care a lot simpler.  You can easily access your health plan ID card, benefit amounts, account balances and Personal Health Records.  You can manage claims, estimate costs and find nearby providers and quick care facilities anytime and anywhere.  Health4Me allows you to personalize the interface and even talk to someone at the push of a button if you have questions. 

• Having access to your health plan on your phone allows you to conveniently view and share important information.  You can email or fax your family's health plan ID cards, review claims and check account balances and benefit amounts.  Plus, the Personal Health Record feature allows you to collect, track and share past and current information about your health. 
• Health4Me lets you find the doctor or facility you need when you're on the go.  Anytime. Anywhere.  You can search by what's closest to your current location, or by the type of care you may need.
• With the myHealthcare Cost Estimator tool on Health4Me, you can estimate out of pocket costs up front.  By simply entering a procedure or condition, you can see how estimated costs can differ from provider to provider and facility to facility.  You will even see which providers have UnitedHealth Premium designations for meeting quality and cost-efficiency measures.  Understanding the cost and quality ratings may help you make more informed health care decisions.
