Internal Customer Service Training

You're invited to join an exciting upcoming training event open to all staff! This session will focus on Internal Customer Service (ICS)—the support we provide to one another as colleagues. Our organization's commitment to serving our county residents is guided by our PRIDE philosophy: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Involvement, Dedication, and Excellence. When we work together as a team, we strengthen our ability to deliver top-notch service to the community.

In this training, we'll explore how effective communication plays a vital role in outstanding ICS. Topics will include how to be more approachable, how active listening can help us solve problems, and how to gather feedback to continually improve.

The benefits of great Internal Customer Service are clear: engaged employees, boosted productivity, and, ultimately, an even better experience for those we serve.

Training sessions will be facilitated by Chris Battell and Donna Honold and will be held at Scott Emergency Communications Center in Davenport.

Two half day sessions will be offered on Thursday, April 10th.  

-AM session from 9:00AM-12:00pm

-PM session from 1:00pm-4:00pm
