The Iowa State Association of Counties (ISAC) is a private, nonprofit corporation whose members are county officials and employees from the 99 counties in Iowa.  ISAC has established scholarships which are funded by the ISAC Education Foundation.  In 2021, ISAC will award six district scholarships worth $2,000 each. The scholarships go to high school seniors who are the children of county officials and county employees.  All of the scholarship winners are recognized at a ceremony that takes place every year as part of the business meeting at the ISAC Legislative Conference. Deadline for entries is December 4, 2020.
