There is no co-pay for this service! 24/7 Virtual Visits allow you to talk to a provider by video for common urgent care needs or when your primary care provider is not available. Using a mobile device or computer, you can talk with a U.S. board certified and state licensed provider any time. Providers will prescribe the appropriate medication when medically necessary, which can be sent to a local pharmacy. Get affordable care for non-emergency conditions without leaving your home! The first time you have a virtual visit, also known as telehealth, you will complete the patient registration process with the virtual visit provider group. Once registered, you will be connected using secure, live audio and video technology, to a provider licensed to deliver care in the state where you are located at the time of your visit. Most patients are seen by the provider within 10 to 15 minutes of their appointment time.  You can utilize Optum Virtual Care (which is integrated in to the myuhc.com experience), Teladoc, Doctor on Demand, Amwell and Walmart Health Virtual Care.
