All Employee Training - Ethics in Government

Please join us for a refresher on Ethics in Government on Wednesday, February 13 in Conference Room 605. The public must have trust in us and our ability to provide essential services to them. As public servants, it is an important reminder that our ethics are displayed in every action we do in the workplace and that everything we do or don’t do counts.

Dee Oviatt from ATW Training Solutions will be here to lead the discussion with attendees on:

  • Defining ethics and identifying the benefits of ethical behavior
  • Ethical issues in the workplace
  • Exploring reasons why good people may behave unethically
  • Unique ethical considerations related to working in Government
  • Identifying decision making guidelines to determine most appropriate course of action in situations when the right course of action may be unclear or ambiguous

Mr. Oviatt holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior from BYU and has over 30 years of experience in a variety of sectors including defense, financial services, agriculture and consumer products. To join a session, please click on the SignUpGenius link below.
