Would you like to know what to do in an emergency?
Scott County employees and family members are invited to attend a 30 minute knowledge based CPR training on Wednesday, December 14 in the Scott County Administration Center first floor boardroom. Current CPR standards will be reviewed by Medic EMS staff. This is a knowledge based only training; participants will not receive a CPR certificate.
Topics Include:
Overview of Adult and Child CPR or Newborn CPR
Overview of Conscious Choking and Unconscious Choking
Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
Good Samaritan laws
Sessions will be broken up into Adult & Child CPR or Newborn CPR. Adult & Child CPR will be offered from 10:30-11:00 and 12:30-1:00. Newborn CPR will be offered from 11:30-12:00 and 1:30-2:00. Spots are limited based off CPR manikins,
