Scott County to Conduct Post-Election Audit

DAVENPORT – Scott County Auditor and Commissioner of Elections Kerri Tompkins announced today her office will conduct a Post-Election Audit on Friday, November 8, 2024 at 9:00 am at the Scott County Administrative Center, 600 W 4th Street, Davenport, Board Room.

The post-election audit will include the Scott County precinct of B51, Surrey Heights Fire Station selected by lot by the Office of Iowa Secretary of State. Each county in Iowa will conduct an audit of one precinct from that county. The offices of President/Vice President and County Sheriff will be hand counted and compared to the machine count of the same ballots.
