Scott County Auditor Kerri Tompkins reminds voters that several changes have been made to Iowa election laws which affect voter registration and absentee balloting. Beginning October 5, 2020 Scott County will open early voting satellite locations. Ballots for all Scott County precincts will be available at all locations. Voter registration forms will be available for new registrations and changes to registrations for people already registered in the county.
